Lock+Store Singapore Launches Service Star Award

At Lock+Store, we pride ourselves on delivering superlative service. Our customer service officers also thrive on positive feedback from our customers. We recently launched our inaugural Service Star Award to recognise our colleagues who consistently deliver exemplary service. 

We are pleased to announce that Facility Manager Tan Yong Zhi is our inaugural Service Star Award winner. Our CEO and Chair of Self Storage Association Asia Helen Ng recently presented him with a certificate of recognition and Service Star pin at an award ceremony. 

Yong Zhi distinguished himself when he was stationed at Lock+Store Tampines by garnering numerous five-star reviews on Google. 

Three months ago, our customer Nira Rizz commented that Yong Zhi contributed a hassle-free customer experience and was prompt in responding to emails. Another customer Shariffah AlQudsi commented that he provided excellent and efficient service. Last week, in his review on Google, Mr Chin Pak Yuan said that Yong Zhi provided friendly assistance.
