Our storage units are available in the following sizes: locker, 24 sqft, 48 sqft, 65 sqft, 97 sqft and 194 sqft. Some sizes may not be available in certain locations. Our customer service officer will provide more information once you have submitted your request for quotation.
The price depends primarily on the storage size, duration of storage and type of storage (e.g., air-conditioned or non air-conditioned). Our customer service officer will provide more information once you have submitted your request for quotation. Please refer to our home page for the ongoing promotions. You may also speak to our customer service officer regarding this.
Our premises are monitored 24/7 by CCTV monitors. All customers are required to purchase our standard protection plan for their belongings during the sign-up process. You may also wish to purchase your own insurance on top of what we offer.
Our Chai Chee and Tanjong Pagar facilities have onsite carparks. Parking is free.

You may terminate your storage unit at anytime. . Our customer service officer will provide more information once you have submitted your request for termination.
You can pay onsite or via AXS, PayPal or Internet Bank transfer. You will receive an invoice 20 days before the payment is due.

Our warehouse space ranges from 200 sq ft to 22,000 sq ft.
The minimum lease period is 12 months.

GST Rate Change 2024.
From 1 January 2024, the GST rate will be revised from 8% to 9%.
The revised GST rate of 9% will apply to all chargeable items billed from 1 January 2024.
Do expect to see a slight increase in your usual fees and charges, which will be reflected in your bill from January 2024.
Yes. It will be subjected to 9% GST. You will receive a revised invoice from us reflecting the GST adjustment.
