About Us

Lock+Store Singapore is a subsidiary of General Storage Company. We offer self storage and warehouse solutions in Singapore, Malaysia (Lock+Store Malaysia) and Hong Kong (The Store House Hong Kong).

Our mission is to provide affordable, safe and flexible storage and warehouse solutions tailored to the specific needs of individuals, families and businesses.

We have 13 conveniently located self storage facilities in Singapore.

Lock+Store offers individuals and businesses a comprehensive range of flexible storage solutions to meet extra storage space needs at home or in the office. We are committed to providing clean and well-lit storage facilities with wide corridors. All our storage facilities offer 24/7 access and free use of trolleys and ladders.

We made a bold new green push in 2022 with the tagline “A green and caring tomorrow with self storage”. Under this initiative, we installed solar panels and recycling stations at our flagship Chai Chee facility. We have also introduced edible gardens at the facility together with SG Gardens to optimise land use and support Singapore’s drive towards food self-sufficiency. In 2023, we started working with Vibrant Recycle to clear our cardboard waste at Chai Chee. We also introduced Alba e-waste bins at the same facility to support the responsible disposal of e-waste.

We are committed to community building and uplifting the well-being of Singaporeans and all who live here through our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. We have been sponsoring a self storage unit for online crowdfunding charity Ray of Hope so they can have a base from which to distribute basic necessities to low-income families in Singapore.
