Met with Joseph to look at renting a storage space. My wife and I were given various options in terms of size, air-conditioned and non-air conditioned units. All the units were very clean and we finally decided on a non-aircon unit and we’re very pleased with the patience and professionalism shown by Joseph. Highly recommended.

The experience in dealing with Lock+Store (Telok Blangah) was such a smooth, hassle free experience. Big thanks to Joseph Lim who was extremely patient in bringing through the facility, informing me on all the options I could have and gave me excellent advice. Appreciate his swift responses and excellent customer service. Glad that I found a unit to my liking and is near my home. Thank you once again and highly recommend you to speak to Joseph as they just have another brand new floor opened in the same block!
