    • Q. How much does it cost?
    • The cost depends on the size of the storage unit. Monthly rent for a small unit starts from as low as < RM100.

    • Q. Is there any other cost involved?
    • - Refundable security deposit

    • Q. Is there any hidden cost?
    • No. Absolutely not!

    • Q. What are the modes of payment?
    • We accept cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard at the outlets. Alternatively, you can also pay via Paypal.

  • Storage Duration & Termination

    • Q. What's the minimum storage period?
    • The minimum storage period is two (2) weeks.

    • Q. How do I extend my storage period?
    • The storage contract will automatically be extended on a monthly basis unless we receive notice from you of your intention to move-out.

    • Q. Is there a discount for longer term storage?
    • From time to time, there will be promotional discounts given for longer term storage.

    • Q. How long a notice do I need to give you to terminate the storage unit?
    • You need to inform us 14-days in advance when you intend to move-out.

  • Accessibility & Security

    • Q. When can I access to my storage unit?
    • Your access to the storage unit is 24 hours a day & 7 days a week.

    • Q. Is my storage unit safe?
    • Yes. 24hrs security guard, cctv surveillance camera and access card enhance the security.


  • Sizes & Costs

    • Q. What unit sizes are available at your warehouse?
    • Our warehouse space ranges from 7,000sqft to 24,000sqft.

    • Q. How much does it cost?
    • The cost depends on the size of the warehouse space. Our rates start from as low as RM1.80psf.

    • Q. Can we lease a warehouse space and use it for office operation?
    • The warehouse space is subjected to a 70% / 30% ratio. At least 70% must predominantly be used for warehousing, which includes storage and work in progress. Office space can only take up to a maximum of 30% to support the warehousing business.

    • Q. What is the minimum lease period?
    • The minimum lease period is 12 months.

  • Documentation required by Lock+Store

    • Q. What are the documents required?
    • - For company - Updated Suruhanjava Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) and IC or passport of authorized personnel.
      - For personal - IC or passport

    • Q. Is there any submission to the Authority required?
    • Yes. Upon signing of the tenancy agreement, the tenant shall submit relevant documents as required by the Authorities.
