    • - We accept cash, credit card or NETS payment for initial registration. Subsequently, you can renew by cash, cheque, credit card, internet transfer, NETS, SAM#, PayPal or AXS*.

      *AXS kiosks – All facilities, except Toh Guan

      *AXS M-Station and AXS E-Station – For Ayer Rajah, Chai Chee, Serangoon North Ave 4, Tampines and Tanjong Pagar only.

      #Payment by SAM is currently not available for Toh Guan.

    • Q. What are the storage sizes available?
    • Storage units with sizes ranging from 10sf to 200sf.

    • Q. How much does it cost?
    • The cost depends on the size of the storage unit. Monthly rent for a small unit starts from as low as < $100.

    • Q. Is there any other cost involved?
    • - Refundable security deposit

      - One time administrative charge

      - Deposit for access card

    • Q. Is there any hidden cost?
    • No. Absolutely not!

  • Storage Duration & Termination

    • Q. What's the minimum storage period?
    • The minimum storage period is two (2) weeks.

    • Q. How do I extend my storage period?
    • The storage contract will automatically be extended on a monthly basis unless we receive notice from you of your intention to move-out.

    • Q. Is there a discount for longer term storage?
    • From time to time, there will be promotional discounts given for longer term storage.

    • Q. What is the notice period to terminate the storage unit?
    • You need to inform us at least 14 days in advance when you intend to move-out.

    • Q. When can I access to my storage unit?
    • You can access your storage unit anytime, 24 hours 7 days a week.

    • Q. Is my storage unit safe?
    • Yes, we have 24hrs security guards*, cctv surveillance cameras and access card system to ensure that.

      * Only available at Ayer Rajah, Chai Chee, Serangoon North Ave 4, Tampines and Tanjong Pagar facilities

Warehouse

    • Q. What unit sizes are available at your warehouse?
    • Our warehouse space ranges from 180sqft to 22,000sqft.

    • Q. How much does it cost?
    • The cost depends on the size of the warehouse space. Our rates start from as low as $1.50psf.

    • Q. Can we lease a warehouse space and use it for office operation?
    • The warehouse space is subjected to a 60% / 40% ratio. At least 60% must predominantly be used for warehousing, which includes storage and work in progress. Office space can only take up to a maximum of 40% to support the warehousing business.

    • Q. What is the minimum lease period?
    • The minimum lease period is 12 months.

  • Required Documents

    • Q. What are the documents required?
    • - For company - Updated Business Profile (ACRA) and NRIC or passport of authorized personnel.

      - For personal - NRIC or passport

    • Q. Is there any submission to the Authorities required?
    • Yes. Upon signing of the tenancy agreement, the tenant shall submit relevant documents as required by the Authorities.

    • Readily available sizes are rooms for 1 person to 5 persons, with sizes ranging from 54sf to 500sf. We also provide customized sizes for bigger units.

    • We do not charge any start-up fee, activation fee or set up fee; including utilities bills! You only pay for the rental and you are ready to start.
